Shamira
Age:
approx
Sex: Female
History and personality:
Shamira is a lovely tabby girl who is a bit shy and who was brought in to us from Saville Drive. She was going to be taken to the SPCA to be euthanased but instead was brought here as she was pregnant.
Shamira delivered a litter of kittens at the trust after being brought to us and her babies are Zane, Jane, Buttons, Hara and Banjo. She was a great mother, particularly as her little ones were so hyperactive and used to wreak havoc on their cage!
Shamira is a lovely girl but just very shy and timid so would require a certain kind of family to adopt her - a family who are gentle and patient. We are sure she will come out of her shell entirely but it will just take a bit of time - she is not an aggressive cat but a nervous cat who will tend to shy away.
This girl would really need to have a great homelife in her potential new forever home to help get fully over her apprehension of humans with lots of love and tender care and patience.
