Queenie is a lovely grey girl, the sister of Tessa (Tessy Bear), and both are ex colony cats who were captured and given to us to tame down. Both girls were part of a colony who used to be fed by a woman who ensured she fed the colony up until she died of breast cancer.
Queenie and Tessa were brought to the trust and have been here ever since. Both are still very cautious due to their wild upbringing and are looking for sponsors. Queenie is more responsive to people she recognises and allows pats and finds herself purring and sometimes gets startled by how friendly she is being and then moves away!
However, since they were both in colonies for a while they are very selective over who they allow to pat them. Queenie is a beautiful girl who wants to love but is still harbouring residual fear of unknown humans which is why she is unadoptable. She is a wonderful cat who is now in her twilight years and would love to have a sponsor family to help her live out her later in life years at the trust.
