Peter was dropped in to us from a woman who did some cat rescuing but found that she had to leave to go overseas and could not keep them all.

We had already been helping her by taking in 8 of her cats but she also had 15 others which she wanted us to take. Since we were full to the brim we couldn't take any further cats in and as a result she put the 15 cats she had to sleep. This situation which was very sad and we did not recommend it but she didn't want to find any other alternative.

Peter was one of the lucky eight who was staying with us and we are now trying to tame him down to get him adoptable. We can see that there is a lot of love there but he just needs to get over his trust issues with humans. He is sharing a cage with little Pippa who we think will help him become more sociable as she is such a lovebug (and a playful little monkey!).
