Daphne and Tortie were surrendered as kittens after someone found them in Papatoetoe and brought them to us a long time ago.
As a result they have grown up at the trust and unfortunately at this stage, Daphne can only be a sponsor cat as she does not trust people and is quite timid, while also having a slight medical problem whereby her hip sometimes dislocates itself.
She may live out her days here if she doesn't get to a more adoptable level but we hold out hope that she will find the right special home. However, until this happens Daphne will remain a sponsor cat and she is very happy that she has someone out there who will help her out.
